About Me

I am Filippo Damnotti, a tennis coach.

For over thirty years I have lived tennis both as a passion and a profession, working with players of all ages and levels, from beginners to competitive athletes

Over the years I have gained experience in Italy and abroad, including the role of Technical Director of the Mauritius Tennis Federation, where I contributed to the development of training programs and growth pathways for young talents and local coaches

My approach integrates biomechanics, video analysis, and implicit learning, with the goal of helping each player express their potential through a more natural, efficient, and personalized tennis.

In recent years I have also deepened the field of visual enhancement and multisystem integration, thanks to the training program “Vision on Motion – Applications for Sport and Neuroscience”, which has further enriched my working method

From this vision, TennisTeachLab was born: a digital laboratory dedicated to technical improvement through professional video analysis and online coaching, designed for those who want to keep growing even at a distance.

I also share educational content, technical analyses, and insights on my YouTube channel TennisTeach, for those who want to understand tennis in a deeper and more conscious way.
